How Aura Works
Upload or paste a message, get Aura's read on the situation, and choose from 3 tailored reply options.
Managing Subscription
Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Aura.
Restore Purchases
Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen to recover your subscription on a new device.
Delete Your Account
Go to My Aura → Settings → Delete Account, or email us and we'll remove your data within 48 hours.
Your screenshots and messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI via our secure servers to generate your replies. This data is processed in real time and is not stored permanently by Anthropic or used to train AI models. Our team never sees your content. All transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. You must provide consent before any data is sent for AI analysis.
When you request an analysis, Aura sends the text or screenshots you provide, along with your vibe preferences and dating context, to Anthropic's Claude AI through our secure Supabase servers. This data is used solely to generate your personalized response and is not retained or used for any other purpose. We never share your data with advertisers.
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → find Aura → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Make sure your vibe tags are set correctly in My Aura. The more accurately you've described your personality, the better the replies will match your tone. You can also tap Regenerate to get fresh options.
Download Aura on your new device and sign in with the same Apple account you used originally. Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen and your subscription will be restored automatically.
Aura works with any platform — Hinge, Tinder, Bumble, Coffee Meets Bagel, iMessage, Instagram DMs, and more. Just screenshot or paste the conversation and Aura handles the rest.
You can delete your account from within the app: go to My Aura → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. Alternatively, email us at faithlens001@gmail.com and we'll delete all associated data within 48 hours.
Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall Aura from the App Store. If you're still experiencing problems, email us with a description of what's happening and we'll fix it fast.
